Quality Service – Before packaging the goods are carefully examined by our Quality Service to verify the integrity and perfect quality of the products. The defected products are rejected and substituite.
Export Documents – We are able to issue all the necessary documents to clear the custom: detailed invoice and packing list (products code, brand, gender, product description, composition, quantity) export declaration, Washington Declaration, authenticity of products certificate, autorization to resell the products and any other required documents.,
Shipping Procedures - Goods are shipped only after they have been full paied within 3/4 working days. They are packed in special cartoon boxes (standard misures are 40x50x61 cm) on which are afixes pretickets with sender and consegnee name and other shipping details. Cartoons are tied up with special plastic ropes to avoid that during the trasport they can be accidentally open
